Returns & Refounds

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of merchandise are exempt from return, such as intimate or sanitary items.

Other non-returnable items :

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are given: (if applicable)
  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or refusal of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before a refund is issued.

Items for sale (if applicable)
Only normal price items can be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the originator had the order shipped to you to return it later, we will send a refund to the originator and they will inquire about your return.

To return your product, you must mail it to the address we will provide you by e-mail.

You will have to pay your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We do not proceed to the refunding of order which have as a reason the delivery time, this one being clearly indicated in our general conditions of sale as well as our FAQ.
